This is an excellent book for moms, busy women or anyone who has ever felt like they reached their limit. I have experienced the “running on fumes” feeling too many times lately. This is a great read and encouraged me in so many ways. I loved that the book was written by a medical doctor who used a lot of science and physical facts to back her points. I enjoyed reading a book that wasn’t solely spiritual or solely medical. It was a great blend of both. I liked the division of the seven different types of rest and the detail that the author went into for each type. I appreciate that the book was written in a very easy and conversational way. She points out a lot of really good and practical ways to put rest into your daily life. I received this book from the publisher for my honest and unbiased opinion.
